Processing Charges

Publishing a manuscript under the journals of Sri Venkateshwara University, Sikkim (SVUS) requires manuscript processing charges. The corresponding or submitting author shall pay these charges upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, in accordance with the following criteria:

Publication Charges
For Indian Authors:
  • Processing Fee: ₹2000 + 18% GST (includes online publication and E-certificates for each author)
  • Authors are required to send the following documents after payment:
    • Filled-in Registration Form
    • Copyright Form
    • Scanned copy of Payment Proof
  • All documents should be sent via email to research@svus.edu.in
  • Once these are received and verified, the registration process will be considered complete.
For International Authors:
  • Processing Fee: 220 USD (includes online publication and E-certificates for each author)
  • Authors are required to send the following documents after payment:
    • Filled-in Registration Form
    • Copyright Form
    • Scanned copy of Payment Proof
  • All documents should be sent via email to research@svus.edu.in
  • Once these are received and verified, the registration process will be considered complete.

Note: The publication fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
