Board of Studies

The Board of Studies (BoS) is a key academic body at Sri Venkateshwara University, responsible for designing, reviewing, and updating the curriculum for various departments and programs. Each department has its own Board of Studies, comprising subject experts, senior faculty members, industry professionals, and external academicians.

Functions of the Board of Studies

  • Suggesting modifications to evaluation methods, credit systems, and academic standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with UGC norms and other statutory regulations.
  • Recommending textbooks, reference materials, and supplementary learning resources to enhance academic quality.
